Mrs. Murphys snobbish neighbors see her unusual home as a blemish in their otherwise perfect neighborhood. How they can possibly win THE VERY FINEST NEIGHBORHOOD CONTEST with her strange little house right in the middle of their block? 

But when she invites them to lunch, they are completely flabbergasted. Wandering through her marvelous mansion room by room,  each neighbor learns the error of making judgments based on outward appearances.
