In stock orders generally ship within 5 business days.
Shipping is F.O.B from Tonawanda NY 14151-0888 USA.
Domestic orders are shipped via the least expensive carrier unless otherwise requested. Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico are sent via post office.
Shipping charges are set by the carrier and based on zones, dimensions and weight of products being shipped.
After you have submitted your order, you will be contacted with a copy of your invoice, including your shipping costs.
We accept payment via check, wire/ACH and all major credit cards. No COD.
Net 30 terms are available upon approval of completed credit application. Please note that your first order (minimum $50) must be prepaid.
Overdue accounts are subject to interest charge of 1.5% per month.
Damages must be reported within 10 days of receipt (by email, phone or fax).
We may request images of the damaged items and will advise of next steps.
Returns must be reported within 10 days of receipt (by email, phone or fax). Do not return goods without contacting us first.
If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for the cost of shipping.
Returns must arrive in saleable condition, so please be sure to appropriately pack the items for shipping.
