General:
No order will be deemed to constitute a contract of sale irrespective of the manner of its transmission to Quanta Distribution US Inc ("Quanta Distribution") until the Goods are dispatched by Quanta Distribution.
Shipping:
In stock orders generally ship within 5 business days.
Shipping is F.O.B from Tonawanda NY 14151-0888 USA.
Domestic orders are shipped via the least expensive carrier unless otherwise requested. Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico are sent via post office.
Shipping charges are set by the carrier and based on zones, dimensions and weight of products being shipped.
Quanta Distribution shall not be held liable for any losses, expenses or consequential loss incurred by the buyer or any other person or company however arising whether directly or indirectly out of a failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
Payment:
We accept payment via check, wire/ACH and all major credit cards. No COD.
Net 30 terms are available upon approval of completed credit application.
Please note that your first order (minimum $50) must be prepaid.
Overdue accounts are subject to interest charge of 1.5% per month.
Returns:
Returns must be reported within 10 days of receipt (by email, phone or fax). Do not return goods without contacting us first.
If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for the cost of shipping.
Returns must arrive in saleable condition, so please be sure to appropriately pack the items for shipping.
Damages:
Damages must be reported within 10 days of receipt (by email, phone or fax).
We may request images of the damaged items and will advise of next steps.
Prices:
All prices displayed exclude sales tax.
Prices are subject to change.
Legal Liability:
Quanta Distribution cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the products it sells.
Liability of Quanta Distribution shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods.
